Hi, I’m natalie.
I grew up on our family farms and developed a love for rural Australia, it's communities and wide open spaces. I am mum to a grown son, just turned 21, who is my greatest achievement.
I have worked in various rural industries all my life and have had many jobs I have enjoyed. However, reaching 50 made me realise that having a good job doesn't necessarily meet all your needs, fulfil your dreams and goals, nor set you up for the type of retirement you crave. Checking the balance on my superannuation doesn't exactly inspire me either.
I was feeling I needed to make changes in my life to be able to achieve my goals of earlier than normal retirement, so I'm young and active enough to enjoy it and the things I wish to do.
So I went looking....
